Reported to the Vice President of Solution Design, responsible for devising customized recruitment outsourcing solutions for major accounts that transformed the way organizations plan, acquire and optimize their workforce. Initial role with the organization [ 18 months], reported to the Vice President of Operations & Service Excellence, responsible for the development of programs and project management of client implementations for Call Center and Recruitment Outsourcing Services.

Perform project management for teams of 2-15 people developing, managing and delivering specific client implementation programs across all lines of services (Customer Development, Administrative Services, and Employment Process Services)

Reporting to the Director, responsible for consulting clients on business transformation initiatives related to global human resources outsourcing, executing and implementing programs.

Managed the delivery of recruitment, resourcing and general human resources services to 9 partners and 240 Management Consulting Services employees throughout British Colombia.
