*Build company operational architecture and legal compliance system from scratch, comprehensively supporting daily legal compliance matters in the catering, real estate, and TMT sectors. *Establish institutionalized, procedural, and standardized approaches for legal and administrative licensing affairs, efficiently balancing business development and compliance requirements at all stages. *Manage a team of over 20 members responsible for legal compliance, government affairs, and media relations, strategically influencing policies at national and local levels and handling crisis communication. *Lead cross-border acquisitions of multiple Chinese targets for the U.S. headquarters and actively participate in the global financing, business restructuring across the group's various stages.

Overseeing and managing DiDi outbound and international legal affairs, including market entry and operations of various business lines in US, Australia, South Asia, Japan, Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, etc) and other planned regions cross the world. Built from scratch and currently managing a team of 18 international lawyers cross all regions supporting full scope legal affairs in 100% acquired companies, 50:50 JVs and greenfield established companies, including regulatory, compliance, commercial, transactions, strategic cooperation, IP, data, litigation, labour etc. related legal matters.

Leading or participating in advising multinational foreign clients on M&As, joint ventures, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance as well as formulating contract templates for their operations in China, advising Chinese state-owned enterprises and private owned companies on their outbound acquisitions and assisting Chinese companies in building up their legal and compliance system in foreign jurisdictions for their outbound operations.

Advising on FDI, regulatory and restructuring matters for foreign companies, mianly in financial services, TMT, healthcare and real estate sectors.
