Karen Venn, FIEDP
Inclusion and Diversity Manager @ Bakkavor
About
With over 18 years Diversity, Equity and Inclusion experience, nine months as Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Bakkavor and more than two years as DE&I Lead EMEA at Activision Blizzard, I have honed my skills in guiding strategies that attract, engage, and retain diverse talent. At Bakkavor, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to embed inclusive practices and foster a culture of belonging and equity. My role at Activision Blizzard involved partnering with global and regional teams to implement the Global DE&I Strategy, support employee networks, and drive tailored learning programs. These experiences have equipped me with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring DE&I commitments are deeply embedded in decision-making and leadership behaviours. Honoured to receive a Certificate of Fellowship from the Institute of Equality and Diversity Professionals, recognising my ongoing commitment to advancing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
