* Business Loan Coordinator * Coordinate the preparation of loan files in compliance with bank policy and procedures, comply with regulatory guidelines by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information. * Clear stipulations set by underwriting for commercial and small business loans * Order and review title commitments, insurance and flood certificates * Communicate with staff, customers, counsel, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file in a timely manner. * Coordinate the closing and funding of loans; calculate the final closing costs and disburse the funds. * Execute transactions promptly and accurately * Respond to clients requests and inquiries
