In this role, I trained and supported a team of Tutors who delivered English and Family Learning courses. I was also responsible for liaising with partners to enable set up and development of courses in community settings.

I taught English at Level 1 and 2.

I was an Assessor for Functional Skills, English, Level 1 and 2.

As a Quality Assurer, I was responsible for completing Observations of Teaching, Learning and Assessment across the Curriculum. This involved Report writing, writing Action Plans for Tutors, liaising with Faculty teams and giving feedback, to ensure we offer a top quality learning experience for our students. I was also responsible for the set up and support of Vocational courses, such as the Award in Education and Training, Assessor training, Supporting teaching and learning in schools and Health & Social Care.

I taught Functional English and beginners ICT to adults. I also delivered teacher training courses. I have attended courses in Dyslexia awareness and support strategies.
