* Administer all benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, HSA, HRA, disability, COBRA, pension and 401(k) for active and retired employees. * Manage over 20 Workday benefit integrations. * Manage STD and LTD disability programs in compliance with HIPPA, FMLA and other applicable laws. * Coordinate the operation of benefits with internal and external business partners including IT, payroll, finance, vendors, and corporate benefits department. * Provide guidance for workday benefit configuration. * Strong quantitative and analytical skills. * Solid knowledge of federal, state and ERISA regulatory compliance knowledge. * Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the institution and receive and relay information in a tactful manner. * Provide benefit specialists with resolution of employee benefit inquiries according to company and federal regulations. * Maintains benefit staff by coaching and counseling. * PeopleSoft HCM and Workday HCM experience.
