Responsible for all orders entries into computer system. Processed daily orders for departments such as Laboratory, Maintenance, Radiology. Worked with OR Surgical Manager and team for implementing a new OR inventory to keep an accurate track of items in the OR storerooms. Did an annual count in the Main storeroom for fiscal year end. Did an annual inventory count with the OR team and then would enter the counts into the system for an updated dollar figure at the end of the fiscal year. C&N bank deposit run and picked up mail at the post office on a daily basis. Handled and processed all outgoing mail through our mail machine. Ran the print shop for any forms requested through the hospital. Any changes or updates came down from the Executive Assistant for the Director of Nursing. Filled in the Main storeroom when the technician was absent.
