Participation in creating and realisation of the company’s strategy and policies (investments, business development, finance) Preparation and implementation of the financial forecasts and plans (short and long term) Management over the finance team Ensuring control and delivery of business targets through support of decision making, analysis and relevant management reporting Preparation and controlling company’s budget and regular analysis of performance driver with the improvement suggestions Supervision over all internal controlling processes and procedures including approval of the relevant decisions Supervision over proper book keeping of the company and compliance with local and group accounting standards – in line with statutory and management accounting principles Supervision over statutory financial and management reporting including financial cost/revenue analysis and variance to budget analysis Supervision over correctness of all tax settlements in accordance with the requirements of tax regulations and provisions  Strategic relationship building with external parties – auditors, banks, tax authorities and consultants

 Financial close & forecast: Review and analyze site financial month-end reports; site fiscal rolling P&L to meet site and corporate financial requirement and operational needs; Analysis of site financial performance: Support the site audit and control responsibilities, inclusive of revenue recognition, scrap/MUV/CCA, GPCM,LCM and fix cost analysis to migigate financial and operational risk; Analyze and assess changing business issues like profitability, margins, productivity;  Financial report: Prepare financial reporting and analytics for site management, including, monthly financial reporting, Monthly financial forecasting and Financial assessment of new opportunities; Provide backup and support to the Regional Finance Director to implement financial directions;  People development: Mentoring and guidance: Provide functional guidance to junior in accomplishing operational objectives; Acquire, Develop Retain of Best People: To identify and hire right talent, develop high performance and motivated/engaged team with right competence and capabilities;  Drive operational Excellence in Finance Department: Lead and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in finance process and system enhancement

 Annual budget: Be responsible for execute annual budget plan, coordinate & collect all stakeholders’ input; Consolidate the data & prepare comparison to XM executive team, HQ management team for overall cost review and control; draft detail plan of stretch target and supervising the cost down plan allocation, executing.  Standard costing: Set up company’s standard cost model and factory variance analysis framework.  Monthly closing & forecasting: Organize finance team to in time perform monthly closing accurately. Prepare monthly group reporting and summarize comment to HQ. Monthly perform the rolling forecast and prepare MOR for management team, timely follow up the risk mitigation plan, tracking cost down initiative to ensure the completion of stretch profit every year.  Product costing: Together with project manager, calculate NPD production quotation; Work out actual product cost and flux analysis for existing main stroller product; intensively work with cost down project team to ensure the timely implementation of cost down plan.

 Provide financial support to location GMs and management team through performance analysis, tracking and forecasting；  Co-work with sales operation to lead monthly forecasting process  Participate weekly sales review and location sales operations meeting if any  Provide recommendation to location management team for mitigating the gap between revenue target and current performance  Lead internal business control testing and proactive review preparation to ensure Business Control compliance in location  Guide on financial related operations in location
