As a procurement tactical buyer, I am responsible for executing procurement strategies and processes to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services at the best value. This role involves working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the procurement team to support operational needs and maintain optimal inventory levels. The key responsibilities covered sourcing & procurement, order management, supplier relations, cost management, compliance & documentation, collaboration, as well as reporting & analysis.

The End-of-Lease Business Support manages the processes associated with lease expirations, renewals, and terminations. This role ensures a smooth transition for all lease-related activities, including communication with clients and business partners and coordination of any necessary re-leasing efforts. With the use internal financial system, it provides support to invoice processing, contract management, and proceeding customer's decision. The daily activities include invoice validations, administration support, process improvement, customer service, project coordination, cross-department collaboration as well as training and onboarding.

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the company’s objectives. Daily activities include providing counseling to prospective targeted groups, preparing marketing sales report, and supporting marketing activities & campaigns such as roadshows, education fairs, and others. Other than that, this role involves conducting competitor analysis, annual marketing planning to enhance student enrollment and enhance marketing tools.

Work closely with lead lecturers in order to assist in all related teaching and research activities. Participate actively in all relevant academic and learning activities at the university, as well as assist in all seminars, workshops, colloquia, and research. To prepare newsletters, especially on the latest educational information and update to respective students Assisting the professor with grading and preparing papers. Proctor for tests, including mid-term and final exams which may be given at various times and locations on the campus.

Update customer database for approved customer order. Process and verify customer documentations for SME purposes. Process application forms and uploads into the company's database system. Ensure the credibility of customer information.
