After working in the mortgage lending and home loan servicing industry between 1976 and 1997, I completed my bachelor's and master's degrees in English, with a goal of becoming a professional writer. I realized this goal in 2006, and have been freelancing ever since. I am interested in writing about public policy, politics and access to affordable healthcare for all.
