Projects involved in: - Core Skills for Life Programme – a 3-year professional development programme for primary school English teachers funded by HKJC Charities Trust - SPARK 2021 – an online festival with the theme of Connections through Cultures in Hong Kong and the UK through the lens of the arts, education and EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) Job Duties: - Developed project timelines, deliverables, promotional strategies, and materials while overseeing program logistics. - Organized physical and online events, including forums, panel discussions, showcases, and training workshops by curating themes, planning logistics, inviting speakers, and promoting the events. - Managed partnerships with project partners from Hong Kong and the UK’s education and art sectors to conduct a series of creative education workshops that drive social impact. - Planned and implemented strategies across social media platforms, managing a cross-team content calendar, crafting bilingual on-brand messages, and addressing inquiries.

Project involved in: Project Bridge, a foster care programme to expand the placement for waiting children with the help of community Job duties: - Planned recruitment strategies, and developed resources by reaching out to community partners such as churches, international schools, and corporates to organise information sessions, and promote in their network to expand voluntary foster family recruitment sources - Coordinated with social workers, colleagues across teams and external professionals to organise and evaluate activities for foster parents, youth and children
