* Verifying purchase requests and creating requisition orders through INFRA database system * Assisting Regional Information Managers with acquiring quotations from approved vendors * Liaising with Shared Service Agency for the creation of Purchase Orders * Goods Receipt of all purchase orders in SAP * Processing vendor invoices for payment * Various reporting and administrative functions

* Management of all submissions into air & controlled atmosphere stores, including process requirements for both ENZA and other exporters * Maintaining an effective and disciplined inventory management system * Dispatch of all local market product to various national destinations * Oversee compliance of product scheduling and specifications and ensuring staff were fully updated on changes * Liaison with suppliers and contractors on a daily basis * Provide detailed reports to clients on a as required basis * Provide detailed billing reports for services provided to clients * Manage all recruitment and training for approx 150 seasonal staff * Manage all payroll data including hours, leave and bonus entitlements to T&G HR specifications * Site Health & Safety coordinator responsible for all H&S issues, accident investigations and the purchase of all PPE. Member of T&G national committee. * Site Super User – SAP. Problem solver, tester, analyst, UAP etc

* Managing all QLD Orders via the email queue, printing customer orders and respective quotations for orders team members ensuring all valid information is provided * Checking all keyed orders, editing, approving and creating supplier Purchase Requisitions in ‘Liberate’ system * Answering all order related queries * Printing customer invoice reports via STARIS * Liaising with Account Managers & Sales Teams * ‘Liberate Super User Group’ team member
