Actively supporting 4 Managers and 1 Senior Manager prepare cross border transaction structures for HSBC's overseas sights. Prepare the Pipeline showing the cross border transactions in Turkey, Latin America, Russia and South Africa. Support the senior manager by preparing the facility Loan Documentation for Turkey, Latin America, Russia and South Africa. Dealing with high priority emails from external legal advisors and the FSA for compliance purposes, and the CEO's from our international managers. Ensuring all documentation is filed correctly within country format and stored correctly within the guidelines of the bank. Organising meetings, functions, and dealing with complex queries.

Worked at all branches of Coutts dealing with High Net Worth Customers transactions. Coutts international telex room sending and receiving telex messages, and processing transactions for customers international accounts. Also worked on relief travelling to various branches supporting them when needed.

Team leader on account maintenance in the district service centre, dealing with account closures, deceased accounts, branch related stops, mis-posts credits/Debits and fraudulent cheque transactions. Then moved onto the microfiche department as supervisor managing a team of 40 staff who dealt with requests for copy vouchers, for customers, branches, and legal departments.
