Telephonic case management of Ohio public employees who are disabled from work due to injury and chronic psychiatric and medical illness. Provide support and education to the member and maintain contact with all treating providers. Monitor for timing of clinical stability status of the member and obtain functional capabilities update from provider to facilitate progression through the rehab "program" with goal of maximizing employability within 5 years.

In-patient sub-acute / long term rehabilitation for victims of spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries and also victims of other catastrophic injuries.

Field case management of individuals injured at work or injured from a motor vehicle accident

Field case management - workers compensation and auto related injuries (KNS now Broadspire)

Field case management of client's injured at work or involved in motor vehicle accidents. Worked closely with employers to complete on-site job assessments to facilitate safe return to work, and/or identify any restricted duty positions. Review of STD / LTD cases and on-site assessment of clients as necessary to make recommendations for appropriate medical follow-up.
