Ms. Felix worked for the legal department of Sara Lee Corporation, a Fortune 50 corporation where she was responsible for overseeing the EEOC docket, and worked with inside and outside counsel in all employee-related claims as well as ERISA matters. During her tenure, sexual harassment laws effecting employers were greatly revamped. Accordingly, Karen was involved in the development of specific sexual harassment policies and in implementing procedures which complied with local and federal laws.

Paralegal, Financial Markets Division. Cargill is an American multinational corporation and is the largest privately held corporation in the United States. Cargill operates a large financial services arm, which manages financial risks in the commodity markets for the company. As a paralegal, Ms.Felix participated in the acquisition of distressed commercial real estate assets and bank workouts.
