As a Community Manager at Holiday you wear many Hats. Sales, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, human resources, accounts receivable, accounts payable, apartment turns, resident enrichment, resident and family relations, oversee all department heads and staff. Emergency calls from residents. Overall responsible for all operations of the entire building.

Responsible for 3 retail stores on the beautiful Scrub Island in the British Virgin Islands. I assisted in the full new start up. Ordering a full merchandise mix for a resort clothing and shoe boutique, grocery store/ ships provision store. We developed all sales systems and trained local employees. Lived on property to assist in other island supervision duties.

Same as current position. Only I was responsible for 9 stores with volume of about 7 million.
