Initiate vendor purchase orders in response to inventory turnover and sales forecasting. Analyze demand forecast to reduce overstock/understock and ensure that inventory levels are optimized at each location. Manage all inbound international container shipments and domestic shipments to multiple Canadian warehouses including multiple 3PLs. Identify and process slow-moving, obsolete and/or damaged inventory. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Onboarding of new vendors and maintenance of existing vendor contacts. Maintenance of product data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness (new item setup, price changes, digital assets). Process all sales orders and logistics for the company’s largest customer.

Processed customer sales orders accurately and quickly. Communicated with customers via email and/or phone regarding backorders and ETAs. Notified Purchasing Manager of low inventory and/or high moving items to ensure purchase orders were submitted accordingly. Developed product and pricing knowledge.
