Major transformation of the company becoming independent entity (carve out from Sanofi), with main focus on new distribution model in Europe served from new Distribution Center.

Leadership of the Supply chain teams of Germany, Austria and Switzerland and Management team member of DACH Cluster. Supply Chain focus of the role is the DACH cluster transformation, management of the risks and opportunities with a clear focus on people development, quality/safety and cost efficiency. Support the hudge business growth by systems (SAP implementation), process (alligned DACH WOW) and people (cross DACH roles and responsibilities).

Leadership of the complete Supply Chain team and Management team member of the CBU. Supply chain department responsibility including Planning, Logistic, Customer service and Purchasing. Main focus of the role was the stabilization of the business situation in challenging environment, SC team rebuild and repriorization. Focus on clear business planning, ensure supply, communication and operations management of hudge demand growth.

Team leadership of the complete Supply Chain including factory and Company Management team member. Decentralized office locations, teams and 3PL providers in different countries. Responsible for whole Supply Chain process in the company. Logistic, Order to Cash, Planning, Forecasting, Copacking, Master Data + Materials and Finished goods planning, customer service and Export activities in the factory.

Team leadership of managers and specialists in different locations with a clear focus to work together towards priorized KPI's and alligned functional development direction. Complete CBU planning responsibility - Finished products Demand and Supply planning, factory Raws and Packs planning, Master Data and Activity management including Export management.

Leader of Raws & Packs planning department, extending the responsibility of total company SAP Master Data management and Activity management. (Additonal focus on Activities Time to market and SAP Quality of data)

Team leader of Raws & Packs planning department. Responsability for the complete materials supply for the production facility. (Log. cost optimisation, PPV, Supplier tracking and operational management)

Finsihed products Demand and Supply planning activities. KPI's responsibility and tracking. Write-off budget responsibility and management.

Team management of 24/7 operation with responsibility for the warehouse operational performance and stock accuracy. All beeing part of the production facility.

Picking, Loading, Cleaning and control activities in the warehouse.
