- Conduct weekly reconciliation between Excel and SharePoint to remediate gaps and present solutions to Tax team - Performed as analysis of SharePoint sites to assess whether the sites contain Highly Restricted Confidential Information (HRCI), then collaborated with site owners to ensure that the HRCI is adequately protected to prevent unauthorized access - Implemented a condensed resource SharePoint to simplify three tax and risk management websites into one to assist in the department’s organization and consistency - Designed an introductory Master Inventory Guidebook to assist hundreds of new employees with navigating the tax department’s SharePoint, which expedited staff learning by two months - Reviewed and edited a risk management presentation to eliminate mistakes and to condense materials in order to reach a goal time of under one hour with room for team discussion

I am currently an alumni in the Year Up program hosted at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte. With Year Up’s help, I am building up the essential skills to prepare for corporate America and set up for a long-term career. For the past couple of months, I have been learning fundamental strategies to become an efficient contributor in a project team setting. I have also had the opportunity to become familiar with Scrum and work in projects to sharpen my skills with it. During this year-long program, I have had the chance to get a certification and kick off my studies in college. I intend to continue to study at this school as I grow so that I can obtain as much knowledge and opportunities as possible and never stop growing. Now that my internship provided by the program has been completed, I am open to work and willing to take on my next challenge!
