Used Instron to measure the glide force of pre-filled syringes containing ALKS 9072 (now Aristada) suspension. Parameters such as head space, needle type, and re-suspension time were tested to determine best conditions for clinical use -Created a fixture to test the dissolution of buprenorphine tablets in a Modified Marquez saliva medium meant to represent the sublingual space -Planned and executed a study of the degradation of drug substance in buprenorphine sublingual tablets using HPLC -Worked on the development of an HPLC method to detect long-chain fatty acids with poor solubility

Worked on diverse projects involving light-induced plating of solar cells, most specifically on metal bath optimization -Assisted in the formulation of a tin plating bath as an alternative to customary silver plating bath finish of cells in order to reduce costs of production -Screened multiple chemical reagents in order to increase light absorbency of silicon wafers and successfully found a reagent that improved etching uniformity

Served as liaison between R&D and manufacturing in the execution of reagent pilot builds, and authored a majority of the necessary manufacturing documentation for the Bioprofile Flex 2 analyzer -Designed and conducted studies to determine the optimal packaging for Bioprofile Flex 2 reagents to prevent leakage and minimize fluid retention -Managed day-to-day production issues including but not limited to manufacturing variances, equipment troubleshooting, and process improvements -Conducted a study on OEM glucose meters/strips formulation process and successfully decreased the product sit time by 36 hours allowing products to be filled the same day -Developed and executed validation protocols for equipment including heat stakes, band sealers, and spectrophotometers used for new, and existing products and processes
