I’m an Executive Director & Strategic Finance Leader with more than two decades of experience helping businesses navigate complexity, scale with confidence, and unlock financial value. Over the years, I’ve worked at the heart of capital strategy, leading IPOs, structuring M&A deals, turning around distressed operations, and helping companies grow with clarity and discipline. My journey has taken me from co-founding a listed AED 2.5B investment firm and leading a record-breaking IPO, to building Sanadak Consultancy, my own financial advisory firm supporting SMEs in the MENA region. I’ve led major restructurings, including a landmark AED 3B debt exercise in the UAE’s healthcare sector, and managed deals and expansions across the UK, GCC, and beyond. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with remarkable teams, challenging markets, and visionary partners. I earned my Master’s in International Finance with distinction from the University of Brighton and began my path at the American University of Beirut. I’m fluent in Arabic and English, and often contribute my voice to regional conversations through platforms like Bloomberg and Al Arabiya.
