Quality Assurance Engineer | Taseer Group for Trading and Tower Plast As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Taseer Group and Tower Plast, I am committed to upholding the highest quality standards across all production stages for a diverse range of plastic products. My role spans both Taseer Group’s manufacturing of plastic films, bags, UPVC and PPR pipes, HDPE pipes, and specialized plastic packaging, as well as Tower Plast’s expertise in IML (In-Mold Labeling) technology for food-safe plastic packaging. I ensure strict compliance with global quality standards, overseeing the entire process from sourcing raw materials globally to delivering high-quality final products. My responsibilities include implementing and maintaining robust management systems such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 22000 (Food Safety), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and the BRC Global Standard for Packaging, enabling continuous improvement and alignment with top-tier quality, safety, and health protocols. In collaboration with production teams, I lead training programs in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) to embed best practices across all organizational levels. Through regular internal and external audits, I maintain consistent quality checks and drive enhancements that demonstrate a proactive commitment to excellence. My extensive expertise in quality assurance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance allows me to provide valuable insights to the plastics and packaging industry, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality and safety requirements.
