I founded Breathe ESG with the belief that sustainability should be seamless, actionable, and scalable for every business. At Breathe ESG, we’re building the technology backbone for sustainability management — a platform that enables organizations to move beyond fragmented spreadsheets and compliance checklists, and instead embed climate action into the core of business operations. Our mission is to: Transform sustainability from a reporting exercise into a strategic driver of growth and resilience. Empower leaders with clarity and confidence in navigating the fast-evolving ESG landscape. Bridge the gap between global frameworks and on-ground execution, making net-zero ambitions achievable. Through this journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with forward-thinking organizations, engaging with global sustainability networks, and contributing to the larger conversation on how technology can accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy.

As an Advisor to AMBA, I support the organization’s mission of empowering intellectually diverse adults through technology-enabled employment models. My role focuses on guiding AMBA’s strategic partnerships and fundraising to help scale its impact sustainably. AMBA has been a pioneer in creating inclusive ecosystems that enable intellectually challenged individuals to work, earn, and live with dignity. I’m proud to contribute to advancing this vision and building pathways for a more inclusive and equitable workforce.

Founded The Deepam Initiative after the launch of the UNSDGs with the vision of empowering rural communities through climate-resilient infrastructure. Impact Executed large-scale renewable energy projects across rural and urban Karnataka, improving access to clean energy. Developed community-focused projects in education, hygiene, and livelihoods, anchored in sustainability. Built partnerships with local stakeholders to enable long-term rural resilience.

Core member of the growing ESG advisory practice, advising MNCs and Indian conglomerates on sustainability strategy. Key Projects Designed ESG roadmaps and materiality assessments for Fortune 500 clients. Led GHG accounting and peer reviews to align with global standards. Built frameworks for CSR monitoring, impact assessment, and MIS systems. Helped clients close gaps in ESG reporting and disclosure for compliance readiness

Founded and launched a student-led magazine providing academic insight into current affairs. Designed and developed the full digital platform. Edited the first edition and authored articles on economics and politics, praised by academics. Built an editorial team culture centered on rigor and accessible knowledge.

Designed and pitched a hardware rental & leasing model, piloted across South India WeWork locations. Developed revenue continuity strategies during COVID-19, ensuring retention of enterprise clients. Assisted leadership in exploring new business models to diversify revenue streams.

Managed and monitored CSR projects in partnership with Cerner, focused on hygiene awareness in government schools. Worked with Colours of Life to plan and execute flagship CSR programs. Oversaw grant management and stakeholder coordination, ensuring transparent impact delivery.
