I have over 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, specializing in IT recruitment and bench sales. I have worked with Fortune 500 clients in various industries, such as software development, e-commerce, and semiconductor manufacturing, and across different regions, such as India, Europe, and the U.S. I have a strong understanding of the IT market trends, skills, and requirements, and I leverage my expertise and network to source, screen, and place the best candidates for each role. I also have a master's degree in HR and a bachelor's degree in IT, which enable me to align the recruitment strategy with the business goals and objectives.
