Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. Source materials, products, and services according to company needs. Create and process purchase orders (POs). Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. Analyze pricing trends and seek cost-saving opportunities. Ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts. Prepare procurement reports and present them to management. Handle purchase-related documentation and ensure timely approvals. Work closely with finance, production, logistics, and other departments. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Troubleshooting and resolution of incidents related to SOE Services at schools in classrooms/labs during lessons (to be given priority based on a first-come-first-served basis) and those affecting the Principals and Vice-Principals, that needs immediate attention. • Provides Hardware and Software Technical Support for Users in the School ( VIP, Teachers and Students ) • Perform computers provisioning, pre and post install configuration, domain and other necessary setup • Technical Troubleshooting that deals with desktop and laptops. Printers and Scanning devices. Mobile devices such as iPad and other tablets. Networking equipment such as access point, edge and poe switch, patch panel. Servers and Network Attached Storage. • Installation and Configuration of specialized applications needed by Users • Configure, troubleshoot and assist users with VPN issues or coordinate with the Helpdesk/Vendor for troubleshooting ( Cisco AnyConnect ) • Maintenance of User Accounts and Computers via Windows Active Directory Services • Server and System Back-ups Monitoring (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) • LAN , Wireless and TCP-IP Installation and Configuration for Windows. Installation of Network Printers for Users • Responsible for resolving Tickets within the SLA ( Remedy Ticket case handling ) • Maintenance for Projectors, Visualizers and AV Patch Panels on Classrooms and Staffrooms • Cloning of Desktops and laptop for Computer Labs • In charge of overall Hardware and Software Inventory of the School’s ICT equipment • Creation, Implementation and Updating of IT Equipment Loan Forms • Procurement, Coordinate and liaise with Vendors for Repair of IT Equipment. • Hard disk scanning to ensure integrity of the directory structures and folder integrity, and also to perform thorough scanning of the hard disk sectors to locate and remove bad sectors. • Handle equipment disposal and condemnation process. ( documentation, quotation and disposal process )
