• Lead designer managing a team of direct reports across multiple home textile product categories. • Designed bedding, bath towel, kitchen towel, & accessory programs purchased by major retailers including Costco, Kohl's, HomeGoods, BJ's, Target, and Macy's. • Pioneered Caro Home’s bedding development program, expanding the company’s focus beyond bath & kitchen towels. • Collaborated with overseas factories in China, Pakistan, India, & Turkey to develop & manufacture home textile products. • Successfully designed and launched Caro Home’s first quilt collection for Costco US (Spring 2025), kitchen towel programs for Costco US (Holiday 2023 & 2024) & Costco UK (Spring 2025) and a sheet set collection for Costco Mexico (Spring 2025). • Designed and introduced all-new fashion bath ensembles and kitchen towel collections for Kohl’s, launching January 2024. • Created original designs for Target’s private label bath and beach towel brands.

• Managed all elements of product development in Pottery Barn Kids’ textile department, including all kids’ home textiles, gifting, plush accessories, & other decorative items. This covered all related processes from initial concept through final design approval. • Led a team of six designers, sample & license coordinators, & color managers to ensure every process in the product development life cycle was executed effectively & to completion. • As a manager, worked closely with my individual team members and their development, onboarding several new hires, & getting my team members to achieve their personal goals & get promoted. • Worked with the brand’s many licensors including Disney, Star Wars, Lego, Hello Kitty, Peanuts, &Marvel among others, as well as collaborators like Lilly Pulitzer, Rifle Paper Co., and Love Shack Fancy. • Guided design & development across home textiles to align with brand strategies, cost targets, licensor requirements and market trends, always representing the Pottery Barn Kids ethos & core brand values as well as the design stories of our licensors and collaborators. • Collaborated closely with cross functional teams such as furniture & accessory PD departments, as well as merchandising and sourcing, building strong partnerships and aligning across teams on design strategies & merchants' costing goals for new programs. • Initiated all new & innovative fabric development to meet the needs of our designers, while bringing innovation & cost savings to new programs. • Led and directed our PD’s team relationships and correspondence with all international vendors and in country offices, working very closely with overseas vendors to determine best sampling and production practices, with a focus on maintaining high production standards at a low cost.

• Created original designs and mechanical spec sheets for tabletop and housewares products utilizing hand-drawn & hand-painted artwork & digital illustrations for Gibson's own brand, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Albertson's, Target, Amazon, Big Lots, Bed Bath & Beyond, & others. • Mentored and managed new, less experienced designers through the onboarding process, then continuously supporting, coaching, providing technical guidance & sharing experience & support. • Created artwork for collaboration and licensed partner such as for Martha Stewart, John Deere, Peanuts, Tia Mowry, Cravings by Chrissy Teigan, Pioneer Woman, & others. • Independently created all new, original shapes, artwork, & designs for hydration line WAO.

• Designed a collection of greeting cards and gift bags based on the game What Do You Meme? utilizing existing concepts and new artwork.

• Designed and developed paper, school supply and gift products; created all original artwork and tech specs.

• Launched & developed an entirely new line of home & lifestyle products from conception to completion across a diverse variety of textile, furniture, décor & home accessory categories for “Now House” by Jonathan Adler, a new, exclusive partnership between Jonathan Adler & Amazon. • Developed concepts for design collections, selecting & working closely with overseas vendors, design execution, creation of detailed spec sheets, problem solving, & ultimately reviewing, revising & approving final product samples for production under very tight deadlines. • Upon its launch, Now House was immediately met with fabulous reviews from renowned publications such as Domino Magazine, House Beautiful, Architectural Digest, Town and Country & many others.

• Designed stationery & paper craft goods for Craft Smith, the #1 vendor for Micheal’s own brand Recollections • Created a variety of designs for products like scrapbook paper pads & albums, stickers, notebooks, planners & washi tape utilizing hand drawn illustrations, digital drawings & photo-real images • Onboarded and mentored entry level designers, supporting them with design concepts and technically applications. • As one of the few designers with extensive product developing experience, I was asked to join the creative team at Micheal’s tasked with developing new Impulse Buy product categories & type pieces • Personally initiated & spearheaded a design team-wide weekly lunch group, a book club, & a program of skill-sharing workshops

• Created & launched several new, highly successful decorative pillow collections. • Developed & expanded on a variety of product designs from ideation to production including new furniture, accessories, lighting & pillows based on inspiration boards for new collections. • Worked directly & closely with factories overseas to develop new product, ensuring manufacturing accuracy with effective translation of the design-to-product process. • Merchandised trade shows, including America’s Mart Atlanta, High Point & Las Vegas Market • Photographed product & edited images to use online & in promotional materials.
