Buyer & New Product Developer • Create new trail mix recipe • Identify, seek out and cultivate vendor relationships • Search for OEM sources • Drive strategy for visual merchandising and collaborate with photography and marketing teams to optimize conversion on website • Research about current health trend and consumers’ needs • Grow and manage the healthy food category to meet goals including revenue, margin and other KPIs. Content Creator • Generate, research and pitch ideas for posts • Write, edit, publish and promote content • Advocate and educate others about interests and products • Monitor responses to posts via social media • Involve in filming and videos and photos editing

• Monitor and maintain stock level • Ensure proper and correct label on the products • Assist in the production of healthy snacks • Ensure smooth operation of packaging • Assist in marketing survey and research. • Contribute idea for the development of new recipes

• Develop brochures on healthy eating for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension and hepatitis • Prepare necessary nutrition related information before consultation • Assist dietitian for inpatient and outpatient consultation. • Assess patients’ body composition • Assist in administration, preparation and distribution of patients’ meals • Ensure patients’ meal are prepared according to the food safety standard • Monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) checkpoints at scheduled time

• Provide assistance to Quality Control executive in performing lab test such as heavy metal test using atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS) and microbiology test. • Assist Production Department in manufacturing and troubleshooting manufacturing problems. • Assist Research and Development executive in literature reviews and formulation. • Responsible to ensure the availability of raw materials.
