I’m a Corporate Paralegal at a global technology company, supporting day-to-day legal operations with a focus on dispute coordination, contract management, and corporate governance. My work involves handling court and attorney correspondence for disclosure and injunction cases, reviewing contracts across Procurement and Marketing teams, and facilitating internal approval and registration processes. Beyond the technical aspects, I help strengthen our internal compliance culture — maintaining contract templates, sharing knowledge through internal training, and supporting the smooth operation of our digital contracting system. I also manage administrative workflows such as document execution and invoicing with care and precision, ensuring our team’s work stays consistent and reliable. Over the years, I’ve learned that legal work is as much about people as it is about precision.
