I manage supplier and contractor relationships, monitor performance, resolve procurement-related issues, and identify opportunities for vendor development and cost optimization. I also support budget preparation related to procurement and contracts and ensure proper contract close-out, including fulfillment of obligations, resolution of disputes, and documentation of lessons learned. Through structured reporting on contract status, performance metrics, and risk assessments, I promote transparency and informed decision-making, while upholding the highest ethical, regulatory, and governance standards in procurement and contract management.

As Senior Specialist, Commercial Projects & Contracts, I lead and manage complex commercial projects across fuel and lubricant operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. My responsibilities include overseeing contractor performance, managing relationships with Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), and ensuring accuracy in transaction monitoring and financial reconciliation. I develop detailed project plans, track progress, and resolve variances between product usage, BCM movements, and invoiced values. I review claims, validate invoices, and ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborating across functions, I drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and support continuous improvement in project and contractor management. I also mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic planning, business cases, and stakeholder engagement, all while upholding FQM’s Health, Safety, and Environmental commitments.
