- Provide innovative analytical insights within the Online Store & Product performance. - Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve performance. - Perform various data analytics in Google sheet and MS Excel using statistical models or industry accepted tools. - Provide relational database expertise to construct and execute queries to be used in data analysis activities. - Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers. - Responsible for developing and executing tools to monitor and report on data quality. - Provide support to online team in managing product performance data and metrics - Working within the e-commerce team to develop and grow the e-commerce operations across the different platforms. - The day-to-day operational execution - includes managing stock, price and operational fulfillment. - Resolve orders with issues arising from the warehouse and customer complaints.

- Create database product performance of backed platform online. - Manage online performance and finance report. - Online market research. - Check and solve order in system with platform online. - Verify all upcoming new SKU thru System & Inventory Department to get an update of all incoming new items. - Collect all necessary information about the new product thru brand coordination or web research. - Maintain and Updates the Online Product Catalogue lists. - Coordinate the online sale team once there’s a new launched product.

-Take care for key account shipment. -Manage plan loading when receive order PO from customer of Cambodia -Coordinate with warehouse team to recheck quantity and confirm actual loading date. -Create the document of export (commercial invoice and packing list) by SAP program
