* Preparing invoices and statements for customer orders including revising any errors or price changes by using Sage 50 programme. * Responsible for the till for cash and carry transactions. * Discussing all payment enquiries from finance department to Thai and Chinese customers. * Follow-up on pending accounts for outstanding invoices or credit notes through calls and emails. * Being apart of marketing team to create and finish monthly promotion before deadline * Searching for the new customers in particular area to expand the business. * Communicate with different departments as and when required using English, Thai or Chinese language.
