• Tested the relative influence of celebrities in influencing behaviors and beliefs of people; such as celebrity-product fit; dilution effect when a celebrity endorses multiple products, etc Led a project to design a comprehensive behavior change program around Iron and Folic Acid pill compliance in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare • Led a project for the American Cancer Society to create a Social and behavior change toolkit with key messages and interventions to increase intent among parents and healthcare providers to vaccinate adolescent girls (HPV vaccine) through persuasive communication

• Set-up Dalberg’s New Delhi Office with a Partner, including recruiting of consulting staff • Co-established Dalberg’s Asia Health Practice; assumed role of Deputy Leader of Global Evaluations • Drove tangible impact in varied practice areas including health and nutrition, gender, agriculture, and financial inclusion through strategy development, reviews/evaluations, and new sector/market entry assessments for donors/foundations, multilateral/bilateral organizations, and governments

• Drove engagements in global health, agriculture, and infrastructure in CEPA’s Emerging Markets Practice • Engaged with clients on numerous strategic evaluations and reviews of donor funded programmes • Performed a process evaluation of the Norway Donor Agency’s (NORAD’s) maternal and child health interventions in India, to inform project design and implementation • Assessed the strategic viability of UNITAID’s business model for the Medicines Patent Pool • Designed GAVI’s strategy for India, including development of the Government’s proposal for health systems strengthening

• Performed detailed financial analyses and diligences to determine feasibility of investments in mining projects or companies for our clients • Prepared detailed information memorandums and delivered investor presentations to drive alignment on appropriate deal structures, post negotiations with relevant stakeholders

As a part of my job profile, I assisted the Strategy & Business Development Team to prioritise options for entering the private banking sector in the UK and for reaching out to the High Net Worth Global Indians in the UK.
