Spearheaded Interswitch East Africa Re – Brand. Master of Ceremonies at Interswitch East Africa Official Launch, Kampala Serena Hotel. Implemented Member Bank staff training sessions. Instrumental in increasing the amount of Member Banks on the Interswitch Network from 7 to 12. Designed sales strategies and delegated sales tasks to junior staff. Won key contracts for card production.
