Peter Kancsár

I am a Senior Designer with 20+ years of international experience in digital product development. I work at milani design & consulting AG, one of Switzerland’s leading design agency. As the head of user experience (UX) and user interface design (UI) I get to work across disciplines to create integrated design solutions for a diversity of industries. I believe in the power of co-creation: only in truly cross-functional teams complex projects can be tackled in a creative way. My team and I use Design Thinking as a method to speed up development processes and to encourage minimum viable products (MVP). In all my projects I focus on the user: how can I provide a meaning- and joyful experience? All in all, I am involved in all parts of the design process: customer acquisition, budget planning, user research, concept development, prototyping and ultimately directing the execution and implementation of a design solution with developers. Throughout my career, I worked for companies such as Alstom, Amcor, Belimed, Daimler Benz Aerospace, Hamilton Medical, Swissair, Vitra, V-Zug (to name a view).
