Engaged in international contract as a part time assistant. Assisted about 50 international research projects, including and mainly BIRDS 2, 3, 4, HORIZON2020-RISE and promoted such projects through drafting research contracts in English, and translating contracts etc. into English or Japanese. Besides my duties, I volunteered the inhouse team building projects which organized as aim to specialised for better workplace to work to every colleagues from Oct. 2017 to Apr. 2019. I was assigned to the communication team, and members kindly helped me to express my opinion with confidence, and I approached my immediate supervisors and colleagues to much smoother communication(as a way of get over harassment) through the project. 国際的な研究開発に関する海外研究機関や企業、欧州連合、宇宙航空研究開発機構を対象に秘密保持契約書や共同研究契約書等の締結業務、前述した契約書の和訳もしくは英訳業務に従事しました。 また、年一回行われる海外提携校である台湾科技大学との合同リサーチプロジェクト並びに学会の開催に向けて、契約書締結、学会への参加者派遣、幹部間による定例会での通訳や当日の運営調整を日本側のリエゾンとして従事しました。 より風通しの良い職場作りを目的とした学内プロジェクトに参加し、実現したい職場像やレゴブロックを活用したチームビルディングのフレームワークを介して、機運の醸成に努めた。転職に伴い、同プロジェクトからは道半ばで離れた。

I was dispatched to the Plant Quarantine Station from a temporary employment agency in Fukuoka as a translator. I engaged in translating internal documents from English to Japanese, intlligence gathering in French and Japanese and updated information on the website. 株式会社スタッフジャパンに所属し、植物防疫所に派遣され、文書の翻訳（英語9割、フランス語1割使用）やウェブサイトの情報チェックに従事しました。

I learned to work faithfully and efficiently through daily double checking and drafting trade documents (customs documents), translating material data for inhouse databases and contracts in English for overseas subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, North and South America. I also engaged in the confirmation of accounts payable/accounts receivable for overseas subsidiaries. I joined global trade in sanitary ware industry as a trade assistant for three years in Kitakyushu, Japan. 新入社員として契約社員で入社後、新入社員研修を受け、同月より輸入事務補助員として衛陶企画部衛陶事業推進Gに配属された。OJTを受けながら、衛生陶器等のサンプル品の輸入事務、請求書処理、期末毎の債権債務確認を担当した。また、随時、部品に関するデータや契約書の翻訳チェックを行った。
