A Civil Engineer turned to an Industrialists Started with dreams of starting my own construction firm, I did my post graduation in Project management. When i came back to my home town, my father along with uncle had started a machining unit without having any mechanical background with 10 employees & 5 machines. For the first few years, they were facing heavy losses and gave me a choice: Either to shut it down or give it a try. Well I decided to give a go and hence started my journey from being a Civil Engineer to being an Industrialist. Now we have about 50 machines and we are employing about 100 people. Thats how amazing the journey has been.
