 Plan, organize & direct the production make accurate production plan, and execute the same to achieve the target. Material planning as per production plan. Co-ordinate with, stores and dispatch with respect to production planning. Remove bottle necks and reduce times and wastage.  QMS documentation and implementation for production department (as per ISO 9001; 2008 Standard norms).  To ensure safety measurements & use of safety accessories in work place to avoid accidents.  Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through Effective utilization of manpower,  Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for daily activities, problem solving and cost reduction, both on techniques and focus on fact-based problem solving.  Ensures that quality is always the top priority of company.
