• Establish and maintain effective cross-functional collaboration with geoscientists, reservoir and production teams, drilling teams, and commercial stakeholders to interpret well-logging data and integrate subsurface and surface development strategies. • Lead the preparation and review of comprehensive reservoir development plans, ensuring the appropriate application of analytical and numerical reservoir models to accurately forecast performance and optimize recovery. • Design, evaluate, and optimize oil and gas extraction methodologies, facilities, and equipment with a strong focus on production efficiency, cost optimization, and asset value maximization. • Oversee day-to-day production operations, including performance monitoring and optimization of artificial lift systems to ensure stable and sustainable production. • Develop and execute drilling and field development programs for identified hydrocarbon accumulations, ensuring efficient recovery in line with technical, economic, and HSE requirements. • Apply advanced drilling, completion, and stimulation technologies, including computer-controlled drilling and hydraulic fracturing, to enhance well connectivity and productivity. • Analyze geological and well-logging data to evaluate reservoir characteristics, hydrocarbon potential, and development risks. • Monitor reservoir and well performance through surveillance programs, prepare high-quality technical reports, maps, and presentations to support operational and management decisions. • Evaluate subsurface and production data to optimize well placement, infill drilling opportunities, and secondary or tertiary recovery processes. • Develop and manage production programs and workflows, ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and security requirements. • Design and optimize well inflow and outflow systems, manage complex fluid behavior issues, and ensure reliable production through integrated production modeling and flow assurance practices.

• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with site EHS management system programs like: contractor control, hazardous work and permit to work Program, chemical safety program, PPE, Electrical safety and Fire safety Programs, etc. • Maintain effective training programs and deliver training on EHS matter on site. • Manage the facility's internal audits and inspection program and track action item completion. • Generate reports on EHS data, analyse trends, and lead EHS initiatives • Monitor legal compliance and establish effective procedures to address any weaknesses promptly. Conduct EHS compliance assessments in the plant. • Assisting in ensuring EHS action tracking and management across all functions of the organisation. • Coordinate and lead task, area and equipment related health and safety risk assessments. • Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive EHS management system (according ISO 45001). Develop and integrate EHS Representatives in EHS MS, Lead EHS site Committee. • Ensure incident investigations and corrective actions are tracked to closure. • Conduct manual handling and ergonomic assessments. • Conduct assessments of compliance on batch records and other manufacturing related documentation. • Ensure continuous improvement in EHS training programme effectiveness, developing and delivering EHS training modules and briefings. • Assist with other EHS related tasks such as updating of documentation in a GMP environment, assist with Regulatory Agency inspections and communications. • Ensure that EHS roles and responsibilities are complied with, addressing the requirements of the site’s Health & Safety Management System. • Support Security activities and access control. • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time based on company needs.
