3PL Implementation - Cloud Based Warehouse Management System (WMS) Managed a team of 15 to implement new clients while providing technical leadership on a Cloud based WMS platform (Softeon) for a large logistics client in the 3PL space. (Over 20 new customer implementations a year). • Helped to ideate and design new solution accelerator to improve new client implementation by about 15%.

Supply Chain Cloud Systems Application Support • Managed for a 25+ team of support team leads and analysts to support a diverse set of 10+ SCM / WMS applications • Responsible for the weekly and monthly governance reviews with director level and VP level leaders. • Helped ideate and built new set of tools that reduced the turnaround of incidents by 30%. Overall Program Manager Led a 140+ team of infrastructure, support and build engineers to help guide an organization to restructure their IT needs. • Managed an extremely tight transition between the current resources and the new resources to ensure the new team was “able to hit the ground running” on the projected start date successfully. • Led the weekly governance and monthly governance with C-Level, VP’s and Directors. • Helped avoid multiple delays by diligently identify risks and having mitigation plans. HR analytics transformation from On-Premise to Cloud Led a team of 10 engineers and business analysts to transform their current on premise HR analytics platform to a new Cloud based analytics platform. • Worked with a number of VP level business leaders to identify requirements and pilot the application. • Guided the team with prioritizing changes (MVP product) to ensure an on time delivery could be met when faced with external delays.

Oracle ERP Contact Center - Application Build and Support Manager • Lead a team of 8 engineers in a full technology refresh project which included capacity planning, identification of new capabilities, fit gap analysis and setup / configuration. • Designed a new “Information” screen that helped CSA’s by presenting relevant information faster resulting in shorter calls and higher satisfaction scores. This was later funded to integrate to additional system leading to an even more reduced “Total Handle Time” by as much as 20%. • Led a high visibility project team to design and build a new sales referral framework. This helped identify leads and handoff to the appropriate systems quickly so they could be turned into opportunities. Involved building over 15 new web services to integrate with new systems.

Technology Lead / Project Manager Led the program to study the existing / obsolete CRM application, define new requirements and reimplement the existing functionalities / services on a new multilingual CRM platform. Defined 80+ workflows that needed to be fit into the new application with over 25+ integration partners. Influenced the design and development with strong functional CRM expertise. This helped enhance the design as well as eliminate redundant custom changes. Achieved on time delivery of all 8 modules
