Analyzed the company financial status and inefficiencies and implemented an ISO quality management system throughout all divisions resulting in a 200% increase in net profit. Increased the company's net asset value by 100% in four years. Identified shortfalls in the company's marketing strategy and initiated separation of duties between the front and back offices where possible and installed regular reviews for client portfolios. This enhanced company - client relationship increasing sales by 80%. Spent 20 months supervising Chemical Processing Plant where a loss rate of 18% in the manufacturing process was noted . Devised proper procedures and process controls within the factory that increased accuracy and efficiency, while remaining compliant with regulatory agencies. This reduced the loss rate to 1%.

King Pie (franchised fast food outlets -managed 4 branches; Increased profitability by 30% through expanding market share and consolidating the various stores' kitchens to a central location dispatching pies in a semi frozen format. Reduced losses from 12% to 2% by developing a unique inventory system Developed a concept store which became the preferred standard in the group internationally. The layout and structure resulted in greater customer spend in the store.

Nashua Copiers (largest Copier machine company in South Africa,; Led a team in the remanufacturing of used copier machines from deconstructing to complete reconstruction resulting in fully functional units identical to brand new ones. Refurbishment of external cosmetic covers by plastic welding and spray painting ,saving the company huge costs and providing the marketing division with a product having competitive edge in the market.
