Perform all directional drilling profiles (J profile, All Side track types, Short & Medium radius, Slim hole, Performance & correction profile jobs). Implement all directional drilling plans and procedures according to company plan and oversee all drilling operations of rig site and ensure compliance to all drilling objectives. Administer all directional operations and analyze performance of all drilling procedures and assist client representatives to resolve all issues and monitor job progress and maintain record of all data and prepare required documentation. Collaborate with various departments to manage work flows for all rig projects and ensure efficient working of same and prepare schedules for all test activities on drilling rig.

Familiar in Drilling with Baker Hughes motors, AutoTrak express and AutoTrak eXact. Implement all directional drilling plans and procedures according to company plan and oversee all drilling operations of rig site and ensure compliance to all drilling objectives. Manage all well bore path and perform survey to compute and monitor all rate of penetration and maintain an efficient list of all directional tools and perform survey on all equipment’s. Provide assistance and training to all drilling trainees and manage all marketing and sales activities for various company products and supervise efficient working of all processes. Execute all survey information for processes and ensure all objectives compatibility with various results. Administer all directional operations and analyze performance of all drilling procedures and assist all client representatives to resolve all issues and monitor job progress and maintain record of all data and prepare required documentation. Maintain and ensure efficiency in maintenance of all company assets and locations and ensure adequacy of all supplies and equipment for website and prepare records for all equipment present on rig in coordination with client representatives. Ensure safety in work areas at all times according to required standards and provide required training to all trainees and assess performance and administer all drilling rig operations. Prepare rig maintenance strategies and perform regular inspection on all drilling requirements and assist to purchase all equipment to ensure appropriate maintenance.

First responsible of unit and mud logging crew. Primary contact for Drilling supervisor & well site Geologist. Real time monitoring and interpretation of surface data on the Rig site. Microscopic examination of cutting samples & their description, determine formation tops, assist well site geologist during coring operations. Attending daily meeting, provide the client with Daily report, Master Log & End of well report. Have a pro-active attitude towards the health and safety aspect of the job (Using the tools onsite to predict potentially risky situations, such as kicks or the detection of gas. Rig up / Rig down of mud logging unit & sensors. Calibration of Sensors & Gas equipment, regularly inspect Mud logging equipment, provide maintenance & on-site technical support in case of equipment failure, Backup & Restore of Database. Designing models for reports and logs according to the demand of the client. Using the data gathered by the Mud Logger (lithological description, calcimetry, fluorescence…) and controlling his works. Being responsible for the job (during night). Manage and train all employees in the unit, such as Mud Loggers and/or Sample Catchers.

Help on real time monitoring of drilling activity onsite and sample collection, preparation and description. Contributing to maintain a safe working environment on the rig, by interpreting the data at hand and giving feedback to the Data Engineer. Assisting the well site geologist during ‘coring operations. Being in charge of all the tasks related to the geology (description, storing the data, calcimetry, fluorescence, daily tests of gas detection devices…).

Maintenance of solid control equipment. Rig up/down solid control equipment on site. Any type of electrical or mechanical work.
