After an experience of 12 years as a High-school teacher of English (1978-1990), another 7-year experience as teacher trainer (1990-1997, in charge of training future teachers of English), my present post consists in supervising high-schools teachers of English in terms of pre-service and in-service training (this includes the preparation,organization and delivery of workshops and seminars devoted to initiating new teachers to classroom practices, as well as improving the competencies of confirmed teachers through workshops and seminars), observing teachers in action and evaluating their performances.
