●Arrange & Manage the project Kickoff Meeting ●Starting to determine project specifications by studying PTS & Appendixes, post bid clarifications, product design, NG requirements, and performance standards ●Revise the quotation suppliers/Manufacturers for all systems (Protection panels, GIS SWGR, TELECOM system, power cables, link boxes, Termination Kites...... ) and share with the procurement for issuing the P.O. ●Delegate tasks and responsibilities while tracking and reporting on project progress, budget, and timeline ●Prepare the scope risk plan according the available data and SOW. ●Conduction site visit with the project stockholder for the modifications work in Existing Substations ●Arrange with NG(Client), designer & manufacturers for the submittal's sequence /plane ●Coordinate with the designer and the subcontractors in all stages of the project ●Preparing all required reports for NG. ●Revise the as built drawings & study the remaining required input data for the modification work ●Sharing & arrange with the project team all project update. ● Coordinate with higher management to develop and implement a project budget, resource allocations, and timeline that saving the time & cost.

o Starting to determine project specifications, owner requirements and performance standards. o Revise the technical offers for electrical systems according to the project specifications. o Revise the shop drawing for the electrical systems such as lighting, small power, light current, cable routing, earthing, electrical room furniture, Generator room furniture, LV Panel Scheme, ATS Panel scheme and composite drawing o Revise the material submittals and make sure that all are meet with the project requirements & specifications. o Attend & conduct the Factory acceptance test for the LV panels. o Perform the Material inspection (MIR) for all electrical systems materials & accessories. o Very specific and accurate at my work. o Study and Revision the methods of statements of all activities. o Coordinate with mechanical, Arch & Civil Dep for all composite activities. o Assist the contractors in solving technical issues before & after executions o Planning and manage the workload & coordinate with contractor & client. o Revise all wall elevation drawing for electrical systems with coordination with Arch Dep. o Study and Revise the methods of statements of all activities. o Attending technical meetings with the vendors and with the technical team and make the coordination between all related works with the vendors. Also attending project update meetings to present status updates. o Reviewing and approving the invoices submitted by the contractor.

●Study the PTS and SOW and all NG requirements. ●Coordinate with NG for all requirements and submission plan. ●maintain stockholder relationships to receive continued support and following up for I/O Data. ●Assist the project manager in all Project elements and provide the required guidance during all project stages. ● Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. ● Prepare the Materials submission plan and manage the communications with all manufacturers & suppliers. ●Review the Manufacturers & Suppliers offers and comparing with the Project requirements. ●Oversee and manage the materials approval process and ensure the complaince with Project specifications. ●Determines project specifications by studying Equipment design, NG requirements, and performance standards and completing technical studies. ●Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements. ●Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions and recovery plan. ●Prepares project status reports.

● Study the PTS and all SEC_Eastern Region requirements. ●Study all suppliers & manufacturers offers and comparing with SEC requirements. ● Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. ● Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards and completing technical studies. ● Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements. ● Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. ● Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts. ● Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and the recommending actions.

As an Electrical Construction & Technical Support Engineer for below projects 1_ Owaynat Desile Power plant ( 3 plants ) 2011- 2013 2_Sukari Gold Mining Desile Power plant ( 5x 8 MVA ) 2013-2014 3_New Assuit Barrage & Hydro Power plant 2014-2016 my job involved :- □ Supervising the installation of the Following: ●Grounding System.  ●Cables, Cable Support System, Cabling.  ●LV AC Distribution System.  ●M.V switchgear.  ●Power transformers  ●Auxiliary Transformer & Standby Diesel Generator Sets. ●Common control panel & local control panschedule ●Control and Monitoring Equipment.  ●DC system .  ●Fire Detection System ●Lighting and Small Power.  ●Lightning system □ Arrange & revise the work progress, plan & work requirements with all participants □ Preparation for BOQ & Invoices work □Conducting weekly & Biweekly meeting □Preparation of the MRR & RFI and conducting all required inspection with the consultant □ Preparation the Cable schedule for the Plant □ Handing over all work progress at site to the Consultant. □Preparation the work progress reports.
