Being the Team Lead, I was responsible for activities such as interacting with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, chalk out hiring strategies, managing recruiters & sourcing analysts, assigning work to team members, defining KRA's of team members, performance appraisal and prepare different kinds of hiring reports. Managed interactions with vendors with respect to their performance, utilization, efficiency and cost optimization.
