Roles & Responsibilities :- 1.Preparation of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for automated equipment's used in battery manufacturing. 2.Ensure the necessary Automation Control standards are considered in Machine Design. 3.Ensure the safety standards are met to establish safe workplace . 4.Planning, Execution of Preventive Predictive Maintenance for Machines. 5.Spare Identification, Procurement, Spare Localization & Performance Analysis. 6.Ensure the Industry 4.0 capabilities are inbuilt with Machine during Design Phase . 7.Workforce readiness interms of Maintenance Skill , Spares , Resources (Tools ). 8.MES system evaluation along with manufacturing engineering team . 9.Budget planning for Capital Expense & Operational Expense . 10.TABRA (Task Based Risk Assessment ) during design to avoid Hard to access situations in maintenance. 11.Onboarding of Eligible Candidate (Hiring Capable Candidates for Maintenance )

Roles & Responsibilities  Planning, Execution of Preventive Predictive Maintenance for Machines.  Spare Identification, Procurement, Spare Localization & Performance Analysis.  Breakdown Maintenance Troubleshooting & Preparing Analysis Report.  Fixing Permanent Corrective action for the problem Root-cause.  Making SPL to Enhance the Team troubleshooting Skills & Performance.  Maintenance Task Review and Reorganize based on Breakdown Records & OEM Recommendation.  Cycle time Optimization opportunities identification And Execution.  Utilizing Factory Information system to identify & Debottleneck Constraints.  Developing & executing the work plan to overcome the Constraint identified.  Developing POKE-YOKE to avoid errors in Manual Stations &Automated Cells As well.  Organizing Trainings from OEM to the Team to Enhance the Team Skills.  Managing Team (Facilitating by Tools Availability, Maintenance Requirements).  Creating & Sustenance Safe Work Zones (Validating Employees Safety During Maintenance Process).  Doing KAIZENS on MTTR, MTBF, SAFETY, COST, CYCLETIME Improvements.  Planning & Execution of Annual Shutdown Activities and Requirements.  Spare Cost optimization by Repair, Reuse & Localize Strategy  Evaluation of current facility for new model Launch in-terms of Engineering controls.  Preparing RFQ based on the Current Requirements for New Product Launch.  Co-ordinating with Line builder for new model launch as per the Required Engineering standards.  Co-ordinating with line builder for successful implementation of facility/Tooling Change.
