Experience of over 3 decades in IDBI Bank in Corporate Banking (Project & Non Project Finance, Working Capital Assessment & Monitoring of Loan Accounts) having headed Mid Corporate, Large Corporate & Infrastructure Corporate Finance Verticals as Branch ahead, Regional Head, Sr Regional Head & Zonal Head. Also having experience in resolution of stressed assets by restructuring, OTS & Change of Management through NCLT & Non NCLT routes. Was member / chairman of Zonal Credit Committee & Zonal Audit Committees at Mumbai & Ahmedabad locations. Represented Bank at State Level Bankers’ Committee. Attended various seminars & workshops on project financing, infrastructure financing, programs on leadership management at IIM Kolkata & IIM Lucknow. As MD&CEO of IDBI Capital for past 3.5 years, I have been supervising a wide & diverse range of biz activities ranging from Broking (both retail & institutional broking), Investment Banking [Debt Syndication, Debt Resolution & Advisory, Structured Finance, Merchant Banking, M&A and PE Advisory],Management of AIF portfolio of various funds, Retail & Institutional Research. During past 3 years, IDBI Capital has exhibited impressive & all round inclusive growth in top line & bottom line of all biz segments. During FY26, company achieved its highest ever topline & bottom line.
