Leading a multidisciplinary team of senior engineers and engineers responsible for the planning, design, operations and maintenance of transmission, fixed access and datacom networks at Emtel Ltd.

- Preparation and analysis of daily, weekly and monthly network reports and point out potential problems existig in the cellular transmission network. - Maintaining track record of project phases and preparing presentations for higher management. - Planning and monitoring of network maintenance activities whilst ensuring prompt troubleshooting of transmission network poblems.

Research work includes: - Seamless mobility enhancement for Local IP Access Traffic offload technique for LTE femtocells. - Prototyping of 'EasyConnect' Android application for easier WiFi connection management. - Whitepapers on residential network technologies and products.

- Design, plan and implement transmission network expansion solutions for Microwave, Fiber Optics, Satellite Communication and International Long Distance network systems. - Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all Transmission Network equipments. - Monitor quality of the mobile network, minimize network downtime and optimize network availability within the O&M dept.

- Enforced regulations specified by the Government Notices regarding activities related to Health Department at the Grand Port Savanne District Council - Performed onsite inspections regarding health related complaints - Liaised with members of the public for Sanitary issues at Plaine Magnien Market and in the vicinity
