Key Responsibilities & Achievements: • Lead complete anodizing line operations including pretreatment, anodizing, coloring (electro/organic), and sealing • Control and optimize bath chemistry (Sulfuric acid, aluminium content, pH, temperature, tin concentration, sealing parameters) • Ensure film thickness consistency, color uniformity, and corrosion resistance as per customer and industry standards • Monitor and optimize current density, voltage profiles, cycle time, and line productivity • Handle process troubleshooting for defects such as streaks, pitting, burning, uneven color, sealing failures, and die lines • Coordinate with QC & laboratory for regular titrations, bath analysis, and corrective actions • Manage manpower, shift planning, rack loading patterns, and production targets • Reduce rejection, rework, and chemical losses through process stabilization and preventive control • Coordinate with maintenance for rectifiers, chillers, pumps, racks, heaters, and filtration systems • Ensure safety, chemical handling compliance, and effluent/environmental discipline • Prepare daily production, quality, and process reports for management review • Support customer audits, quality discussions, and corrective action implementation

🔹 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor complete anodizing line processes including degreasing, etching, desmutting, anodizing, coloring, and sealing. Conduct regular chemical analysis of process baths (e.g., sulfuric acid concentration, aluminum content, nickel acetate pH, electro color composition) and maintain process parameters. Operate and calibrate testing instruments for voltage, current, temperature, and chemical concentration. Ensure ISO and customer quality standards are met through in-process and final product inspections. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve surface defects and improve process reliability. Implement preventive maintenance and safety measures within the anodizing department. Maintain detailed documentation of test results, titration records, and bath maintenance logs.

Process Oversight: Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the anodizing process to meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. Chemical Testing: Conducting comprehensive lab tests on all chemicals used in the anodizing process to guarantee their effectiveness and safety. This includes testing for consistency, concentration, and overall chemical integrity. Supplier Quality Assurance: Evaluating and testing chemicals from suppliers to confirm they meet our quality standards and specifications before use in production. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance protocols throughout the production cycle, from raw material inspection to final product testing. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all processes adhere to industry standards and company policies, maintaining detailed records and documentation of testing results and process changes. Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing any quality issues or process deviations promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaboration: Working closely with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Anodizing Process Titration: Conducting precise titration of the anodizing plant processes, including caustic, nitric acid, anodizing bath, electro color, dye color, and sealing, ensuring adherence to established standards and process requirements. Aluminum Pre-Treatment Titration: Performing detailed titration for aluminum pre-treatment processes, including degreasing, desmut, and cromodizing, to ensure compliance with process standards. Powder Coating Process Verification: Overseeing the powder coating process, including in-process and final inspection, to verify and ensure the quality of the coated products. PVDF Plant QA and QC: Managing quality assurance and quality control for the PVDF plant, including inward material checks, in-process inspections, and final product evaluations. Wooden Coating Process Inspection: Inspecting the wooden coating process, including powder coating, to meet desired product specifications and quality standards. Thickness Measurement: Checking the thickness of anodizing, PVDF, and powder coatings to ensure they meet customer requirements and specifications. Surface Quality Testing: Conducting tests for adhesion, MEK resistance, and gloss values of coated surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion properties and surface quality. Manpower Management: Overseeing packing operations and training personnel to maintain quality standards and ensure effective performance.

PTED Line Process Maintenance: Managing and maintaining the PTED (Paint, Treatment, Equipment, and Drying) line process parameters to ensure optimal performance and consistency. Metrics Management: Ensuring that all metrics related to safety, environment, quality, delivery, cost, and employee morale were met on a shift-to-shift basis. Paint Shop Process & Quality Output: Overseeing the paint shop process and quality output of the products to maintain high standards and meet production targets. Troubleshooting: Conducting online troubleshooting of paint defects and painting equipment issues to resolve problems quickly and minimize downtime. Process Validation & Testing: Performing process validation, paint performance testing, and ED parameter testing, as well as conducting final quality checks and process audits for the paint shop. Safety & Environmental Compliance: Managing safety and environmental activities within the paint shop to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices. Paint Shop Lab Management: Overseeing the paint shop lab operations to support quality testing and process improvements. Problem Solving: Utilizing proper problem-solving methodologies to address and resolve issues, ensuring minimal impact on production and quality. Defect Detection & Corrective Actions: Identifying defects or faults in the paint process and initiating corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all products produced and dispatched conformed to established quality standards and customer requirements. Hydropit Sludge Separation System: Applying knowledge of hydropit sludge separation system parameter testing to maintain system efficiency. Weekend & Shutdown Activities: Managing weekend activities and shutdown processes, including PTED tank cleaning, oven cleaning, and AHU & ASU oven booth filter management. Pressure Difference Checks: Performing pressure difference checks to ensure optimal operation of paint shop equipment.
