-Responsible in customer problem understanding, requirement gathering, analysis and solution proposal. -Responsible in solution design, component design and solution development in CAMSTAR designer and portal OOB features. -Conduct system integration test, user acceptance test and production rollout. -Responsible in technical documentation preparation. -Leading team and project. -Responsible on project resource planning. -Giving consultation in the field of Manufacturing Execution System including solutioning, software development and implementation services.

- To learn and understand the current OSRAM OS CIM implementation and acquire the capability to pro-actively translate and share these capabilities to operation personnel to simplify and/or optimize manufacturing processes. - Observe, analyze, optimize, simplify and design the CIM implementation for OSRAM OS front-end and back-end facilities in Penang that fits into OSRAM OS CIM Framework. - Author design specifications and/or functional specifications for new/existing CIM modules and/or solutions and liaise with programmers to realize the desired system capabilities. - Design test cases and test scenarios and perform black box testing for applications developed by programmers. - Support production use of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). - To perform administrative functionalities of OSRAM MES System (ProTOS), such as Master Data Management in both ProTOS and Workstream Open. - Provide 2nd level support and resolution for CIM (EI & MES) related issues. - Participate in OSRAM Excellence activities like Productivity Improvement, Lean, KAIZEN, PET and similar activities and provide manufacturing process optimization solution. - Requirement definition, testing and bug fixing of new change requests introduced. - Design PL/SQL Triggers, Functions to simplify equipment integration to MES system. - Create training materials and conduct training to productions floor employees.

- Analyze user system and application needs, determine and evaluate alternative solutions. - Develop specifications and requirements for the optimal integration and implementation of systems and equipment. - Design and ensure the system integrity and efficiency. - Design application programs to meet user requirements. Develop timely programming code or modify software in a logical fashion which optimizes programming resources. - Design database system which include access methods and time, data access, integration needs and security. - Develop new or translate the solutions provided by System Analyst into detailed program specifications. - Prepare documentation and version control for all in-house developed application according to ISO standard. - Test, modify and document program code to correct errors or to enhance a program's capabilities. - Prepare status, operation and maintenance reports of the in-house developed application for supervisor and end user. - Develop and administer disaster recovery plans. (Oracle, MS SQL, ASP, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, VB6)

- Control software development and enhancement with new features. - delevop machine system based on customer requirements and resolve software challenges towards the feasibility of design in the project time line and budget. - Responsible for writing and coding individual programmes from specific requirements. - Responsible to study, analyze, design, develop, testing and ensure implementation of application system required by end users. - Provide support and training to customer. - Work closely with other team members to perform a good communication between machine system and 3rd party system. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from the machine systems.

In this position, the responsibility is to research on the project and analyst the requirement. After analyst and reserach, i will generated a set of requirement of the project and develop the system base on the requirement. I had been join ERP team in this company and i had handle few .net project which was individual project.
