* Experience with various industries, which include manufacturing, property management, not-for-profit organizations, investment companies, credit unions, first nation reserves * Review and prepare financial statements, working papers, corporate and personal tax returns * Lead planning meetings with engagement team to discuss budgets, procedures, risk assessment, staffing, timing and deadlines * Calculate, analyze and interpret financial ratios; discuss financial variances with clients * Manage multiple engagements at any given time, managing work plans, client expectations, delegation of work to staff, review of file work completed by staff, and ensuring engagements are consistent with any timelines * Provide mentoring, training and coaching to staff * Directly manage two staff members by performing their annual and mid-year performance reviews, setting goals in line with competency maps and steps on achieving those goals, review of their schedule, vacation and chargeable hours * 2013 UFE Coordinator for the Mississauga office
